5E Ration Tracking

You can print out the above image or download the pdf to keep track of your supplies. The rations represent food and water separately. At the end of each day, they can choose to ‘pay’ a full ration, a half ration, or no ration at all. Tracking rations can be cumbersome – maybe this will make it easier.

The party will share the above sheet to track where people are with regards to starvation.

This way everyone can point and laugh at the people who are unprepared (hopefully this is not me).

Every player has two tokens on this board. One on the food track, one on the water track, and one (potentially) on or next to the exhaustion track.

If a player pays only a half ration of food or water on a given day, that player moves down one field on the track. If a player pays no ration on that day, he moves down two fields.

Once this is done, each player rolls a constitution check against the highest DC of either the water or food track.

If that player fails, his or her token is moved down a level on the exhaustion track.

If a player is on the starting point on both food and water tracks and takes a long rest, he goes down one level on the exhaustion track.
